How do I activate my ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours app, add your booking reference, and tap ‘Activate’ on the day of travel to begin.
Are the tours available in multiple languages?
Yes, audio is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, and Mandarin.
What is the child policy?
Child tickets apply to ages 4–12. Children 3 and under travel free with an adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Only foldable strollers are permitted.
We do not have specific room for stroller. Please use only a foldable stroller when coming with a baby.
What should I know about the River Cruise?
The cruise departs from Port de la Bourdonnais (Ponton N°3) near Stop #8 – Eiffel Tower. Present your voucher at the pier before boarding. Cruises run daily, every 30 mins on weekends and 45 mins on weekdays between 10:30 and 21:00 (check the latest schedule at the pier).
The 1-hour cruise makes a full loop and returns to the same dock at the Eiffel Tower (Deck 3, Quai de la Bourdonnais).
Commentary is available in 14 languages via audio guide or smartphone, with special commentary for kids (ages 8–14).
What time do bus tours operate?
Tours run from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, depending on the season. To complete a full loop, board before 5:00 pm.
What are the free Vox Self-Guided Walking Tours?

Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your start date when booking. Multi-day tickets must be used on consecutive days. Some tours and extras may require specific time slots—check your confirmation email for details.

If booked directly, request a refund via the Big Bus Tours app or the form at bigbustours.com/contactPAR. If booked through a third party, contact your original booking agent.
